Today’s video and blog is dedicated to the “busy person”. The person who has a never ending to-do list, endless responsibilities, constant errands to run, multiple jobs and/or mouths to feed and desperately wants to figure out how to carve out time in their busy schedules to just “be”.
In this vlog, I offer 3 specific meditations that you can practice when you just can’t find the time to meditate. Do any of these meditations for even one minute at anytime during the day to experience less stress, more energy, and maintain a high-vibe attitude.
