Watch the video below to see what I have in store for you this year :)

Sacred Movement for the Body, Mind and Soul
A kriya is a set of exercises that, when practiced sequentially, are designed to deliver you to a particular experience. Try out one of kriyas below to get a feel for how Kundalini Yoga differs from other yoga practices.
Chanting for Divine Connection
Mantra comes from two Sanskrit words: man meaning 'mind' and trang meaning 'wave' or 'vibration'. A mantra is a sound that creates a mental vibration. This vibration has the ability to help us break through blocks, heal addictions, and attract miraculous experiences into our lives; but don't take my word for it. Give one of the mantra meditations below a try and experience it for yourself.
40 Day Spiritual Practices & Meditation Challenges For All
A sadhana is a daily spiritual practice. In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, it refers to two different experiences. First, it refers to a sacred morning practice consisting of prayer, movement and meditation done 2.5 hours before the rise of the sun. Second, it refers to a daily meditation (or kriya) practice that you commit to for a period of 40 days or longer. Below are the past (and current) sadhanas we've practiced as a community.
