Dear Aquarian Friends,

I want to live in a world where activism is sustainable.

Actually, I’d much rather live in a world where activism isn’t necessary.

Where human rights are non-negotiable.

Non-retractable. Universally funded. Politically adopted. Respected. And socially accepted.

A world where love reigns supreme and ‘oneness’ is no longer a journey but the destination we’ve reached.

But until we get there…

I want to live in a world where activism is sustainable.

Where burnout is no longer simply accepted or justified as a side effect of creating impact and social change.

It breaks my heart when I hear from committed activists, light workers, and change makers, like you, who feel completely overwhelmed, unsupported and exhausted.

I see how passionate you are about the work that you’re doing. I see how deeply personal and meaningful it is for you to be doing this work. And I also see the pressure that you’re under and how the intensity of it all can sometimes make you feel like you have no choice but to choose personal and mental wellness over the movement.

I want you to know that activism can be done differently.

That self-care doesn’t have to feel overwhelming and that embracing it doesn’t have to detract from our activist work.

I want you to know that you don’t have to feel stressed out.

Burnt out. Overworked. Hopeless. Inadequate. Or depressed.

And I’ve created a seriously helpful workshop for you to prove it.

Beyond Burnout is a 2-hour self-care and resiliency building workshop designed for the activist who wants to create impact without burning out.

This workshop is for anyone who...

  • Identifies as an activist, light worker, or change-maker.
  • Knows they need to take some time off, but every time they think about it anxiety starts to build up because they know that no one else will be able to step in and pick up the slack.
  • Has lost interest in their activist work, making it really hard to be productive and stay focused on the task at hand
