I’m a fan of clear communication. I believe that when you speak with intention and say exactly what you want — without wavering, apologizing, or becoming defensive — things tend to work out pretty well for everyone involved. So with that said, here are the terms and conditions for my business.

It probably goes without saying (but I’m going to say it anyway because, y'know, clear communication and all), my website is a resource for educational and informational purposes. Look, I’m an expert at what I do. I’ve got the street cred. The experience. The skills. And the qualifications. However, we should probably give a group nod to the fact that I’m not a licensed physician, therapist, or mental health professional. When I share advice here on my website, in person, over the phone, via webinar, video chat or email, I’m speaking from my personal perspective, not from a medical perspective. I know, I know. We all want that one solution that will solve all of our problems. Unfortunately, life isn’t a one size fits all kind of deal. At the end of the day, your success depends on you, not on me. So my advice doesn’t come with any guarantees. You get that right? Cool.

Heads up. If you click a link that I’ve provided on my website, it might be a link to someone who will give me a commission if you buy something from their site. That means that I might get paid if you click on that link. And the reason why I’m telling you this is because I want to be upfront with you, and because it’s illegal not to. That said, I promise to use any affiliate commissions earned for good causes: things like reinvesting in this business to bring you even better resources, and sharing the wealth with local and global communities that need it most. Oh and by the way, commission or not, I only recommend people, products and services that I’ve tried/worked with myself and/or trust to be of high quality.

Creating content that uplifts, inspires, and transforms is truly special and important to me. If you see something on my website, or hear something in one of my webinars or classes that resonates with you and you want to re-publish the material on your website, for example, you are more than welcome to share my words and content elsewhere, as long as you 1) receive written consent from me (I almost always say yes); 2) site me as the author; and 3) link to this website as the source.

Yoga Disclaimer

I love me some kundalini yoga. In fact, I love it so much that I decided to become a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher in 2014 so that I could share this technology with you. That said, I need you to know that any health claims I make are based on yogic sources and are not intended to replace medical advice.

I invite you to enthusiastically approach your yoga practice. However, you know your body best so please use care when determining your own ability to do the exercises offered in these classes. Do not aggravate an existing injury. In fact, you should probably consult with your health care provider before engaging in any physical activity.

By visiting this website you are essentially signing a contract that says that you understand that if you engage in any physical activity and/or lifestyle change, you agree to do so at your own risk and assume all risk of injury.
