5 Day Meditation for Creating Self-Love

 
 

Welcome! I'm so excited that you've decided to sign up for this 5 day meditation challenge for creating self-love! Kundalini yoga and meditation has been my number one self-care and body acceptance tool for about half a decade now and I'm so grateful to be able to share this transformative technology with you at this time.

Below you'll find 6 videos that I've created to support you throughout this challenge: the instruction video + one inspirational video for each day. You might notice that each video is password protected and requires its own password to access it. Not to worry! I'll be sending you the access code for your daily video every morning over the next 5 days.

DAY FOUR

Exhaustion and feeling depleted is the most common issue my clients come to me with. Whether you call it "burning out", adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue, low energy, depression, lethargy or any other name, my clients typically have one thing in common — they give way more than they receive. In this 6 minute video, I talk about why ignoring your needs is destructive and  the importance of nourishing yourself before you even think about helping another person.
